1. PRINCIPLE OF MINIMAL DATA PROCESSING & AI COMPLIANCE
1.1. No Industrial Data Harvesting. The Platform aggregates, processes, and trains its artificial intelligence models using exclusively public domain, anonymized, macro-level government data (such as USITC, EPA, Eurostat). We do not collect, request, or harvest proprietary commercial data, corporate trade secrets, or confidential business metrics from our Users or their companies.
1.2. No Processing of Third-Party Sensitive Data. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, feeding, or injecting any personal data, health records, or sensitive private information of third parties into our AI Platform.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering on the Platform, purchasing a subscription, or communicating with us.
  • Account and Contact Data: Name, email address, corporate name, job title, and phone number.
  • Billing and Transaction Data: Billing address and purchase history. Note: All payments are processed securely via independent global merchant providers (e.g., Stripe, Paddle). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial account numbers on our servers.
  • Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and pages viewed directly before and after accessing the Platform.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We process your personal information based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. We use your data to:

4. DATA TRANSFER & GLOBAL STORAGE (CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS)
4.1. The Company is headquartered in the Republic of Armenia. The information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Armenia, the United States, the European Union, or any other country where our cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) maintain servers.
4.2. By using the Platform, you expressly consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have data protection laws that are different from those of your home jurisdiction.
